Payment Terms

Payment upon receipt: at our warehouse (self-pickup) or to the courier upon delivery.

We provide a cash receipt and delivery note.

Large cash payments are accepted by prior arrangement.

The total amount includes the cost of the goods and, if applicable, delivery charges.

We issue an invoice on the day of your request. Once the payment is received, we arrange delivery or self-pickup.

We provide all necessary documents: invoice, Universal Transfer Document (UTD) or invoice + delivery note, and acceptance documents.

Orders can be processed with or without VAT — please уточните with our manager.

Required company details for invoicing: Tax ID, Company Registration Code, company name, legal address, bank account, bank details, contact person, phone number, and e-mail. You may also send your company information card as a single file.
